A concept for street food and a study about outdoor cooking
Product output of my Bachelors thesis topic "Street Food Kitchen"
The concept deals with the awareness of seasonal food, mainly special and almost-forgotten vegetables varieties.
The kitchen shows the three archaic steps of cooking:
1 Cleaning - Water Station, 2 Chopping - Preparing Station, 3 Cooking - Fire Place.
The kitchen includes also another two stations, one for raw vegetables and another one for the finished dishes.
The photos below show the details of the "cooking station", with exchangeable tops a wide range of cooking methods are provided.
